Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery is available in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Delta governorates within 2-5 working days not including Fridays and official holidays.
– Not available for delivery to all governorates of Al-Wajah Al-Qabali, New Valley Governorate, North Sinai Governorate, South Sinai Governorate, Red Sea, Safaga, Marsa Alam, Makadi, Al-Quseer
– Shipping expenses are determined by region and governorate and are as follows:
Cairo, Giza, and all Delta and Bahrain governorates 35C
Canal Cities (Port Said – Ismailia – Suez) 55C
– The client will not incur any additional freight expenses for replacement or recovery in case of a product defect or the sending of a faulty product (a size not agreed upon or a different color).
– Delivery of replacement or recovery orders to the client taking the same time period as the normal order.
– It is available to inspect the order prior to receipt in order to ascertain the raw material and the safety of the product, and the customer does not bear the agreed shipping expenses in case the order is rejected.
– It is not available to send two sizes to the same product to choose from.
– Partial receipt of the order is not available.
Replacement and recovery policy
– The client has the right to replace or recover within 14 days of the arrival of the Ordre
– The product must be in its original state (not used, not washed, and attached Hang Tag).
– The client is entitled to retrieve or replace within 30 days of the date of purchase if an industry defect in the product is established.
– In case of a request for replacement or recovery, the client will bear the freight expenses.
– The client will not incur any additional freight expenses for replacement or recovery in the event of a product defect or the sending of a faulty product (a size not agreed upon or a different color).
